About some factors of spreading non-standard forms of employment
Abstract
In the article one of the actual problems of the modern labor market is considered - the problem of precarious employment. The goal is to show possible factors of the spread of non-standard forms of employment. The author notes the absence of a unified approach to the interpretation, structure and evaluation of this phenomenon under investigation. The foreign experience of non-standard relations in the sphere of employment, their scale and dynamics is analyzed. The author gives an assessment of the state of precarious work in the Russian Federation, it is shown that non-standard forms of employment can correspond to the interests of all subjects of the labor market: employees, employers and the state. On this basis, a conclusion was drawn on the need to implement practical measures to spread non-standard forms of employment.
