Abstract

Budget planning in the regions of the Russian Federation is characterized by the essential features caused, including, specific characteristics of regional economy. In the article are presented the author ’s conclusions about the features of planning of the incomes and expenses of the regional budget in the industrial region. Is emphasized the need of the objective accounting of current situation and prospects of development of the largest enterprises of the region.
