The ordering nature of budget planning as condition of formation of the regional budget

Abstract

The ordering nature of budget planning (in the regions of Russian Federation) provides possibility of promotion of certain instructions for the purpose of ensuring quality, completeness, and reliability of planned results. In the article are considered the directions within which the ordering nature of budget planning can be realized. Advantages of implementation of ordering nature of budget planning are proved.
