Abstract
In the article the urgency of addressing the problem of informal employment in the Russian Federation and the necessity of its reduction. Shows the importance of the adoption of decisions aimed at reducing informal employment, at the national and regional levels. The results of researches the causes and extent of informal employment in the Voronezh region. Revealed the attitude of employers to informal employment. Showing positive and negative implications. Suggested activities to reduce informal employment, taking into account the views of the employers aimed at legalization of socio-labour relations.
