The collective agreement of JSC "RZHD" as an effective method of the organizational salary regulation
Abstract
Abctract: nowadays it is quite actual to study the organizational regulation remuneration of labour in conditions of reformation of the railway complex. Now the collective agreements between the administrations of the enterprise and trade unions, which represent the employee's interest, are an effective method of the organizational regulation of remuneration of labour. In this article is described the organizational regulation of remuneration of labour, the structure and contents of the collective agreement of JSC RZHD as well as studied its all the main elements.
