Abstract

the changing demand for the services of enterprises, caused both by the expansion of the client base and subject to fluctuations in connection with the change of seasons or days of the week, necessitates adjustments to the staff schedule. In the article, the authors have developed an approach that allows using the forecasts obtained on the basis of adaptive and multifactor models to solve the problem of forming a staff work schedule for the week, which allows, on the one hand, to minimize the company's costs for employees, and, on the other hand, to take into account preferences employees on the choice of the weekend.
