Abstract

The article is devoted to studying of influence of socio-labor relations on the demographic situation on the basis of retrospective analysis. When writing the article were used General scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, generalization, analogy), and historical, systematic, statistical, institutional and synergetic approaches. On the basis of correlation-regressive analysis of integrated indicators of the level of development of socio-labour relations and standardized indicators of mortality of population of working age, the relationship of transformation of socio-labour relations and level of mortality of able-bodied population. Author's vision of the stages of transformation of social-labor relations, which analyzed indicators of demography. This article is intended for managers and specialists in the field of socio-labor relations.
