Abstract

The article is devoted to the local housing market’s estimate of the Krasnodar city, the author's technique of the local housing market’s estimate is presented, the most liquid segments of the housing mar- ket are defined. The author's technique including the main criteria for evaluation of primary and secondary local housing market is result of this research.
