Rural territories in the Russian Federation: legal status, state and directions of development

Abstract

In article the questions of rural territories legal regulation in the Russian Federation are considered, the Strategy of a sustainable development of rural territories of the Russian Federation till 2030, the practice of realization of the Voronezh region state programs are analyzed and the directions of improvement the rural territories development mechanism are offered.
