Management account organizing on the basis of system of controlling activity processes of commercial organization

Abstract

Construction possibilities of management account in commercial organizations with system of process management are considered. The scheme of system of process management with orientation to Shewhart-Deming circle position is developed. Key positions of the developed inner standard in management account «Control system of activity processes» are described.
