Foreign qualified labour force's involvement in the region economy: issues and ways of solution

Abstract

The employment of labour migrants is an effective mechanism of vacant position's replacement in terms of labour resources' shortage in a number of regions in Central Russia. That is why the problem of effectiveness increase by the improvement of foreign workers' professional and qualification structure is becoming more actual.
