Creation of a system of payment of labors in modern conditions

Abstract

In this article shows grades system as innovative system of payment of labors. Merits and drawbacks of KP1 application are shown. It is offered use KP1 for shaping motivation part of payment of labors. Using the principles of kaizen, including in system of payment of labors is considered.
