The implementation of the process approach to labor market research environments functional modeling

Abstract

The labor market is a structural component in relations of regional social and economic system, inscribed in almost all internal and external relationships that existing in the economic structure of the region. The efficiency regional social and economic systems functioning directly depends from the efficiency of the labor market. The labor market can be characterized as a complex, dynamically changing object, analysis and development of strategies which requires special methods of knowledge, system analysis and development management decisions. To analyze the current situation and predict changes it is necessary to insert methods to implement a systematic approach to the study. The functional simulation is one of the fairly new, advanced tools, implementing a system process approach. The paper proposes a multi-level functional model of the labor market, describing the informational base and the principles of the framework of its construction. The models allow to realize a qualitative information level analysis of the situation and the formation of programs of socio-economic entity development.
