To the issue of the competitiveness of youth in the labor market on municipal level

Abstract

There is comparison between methodical approaches of evaluation of human resources in the labor market in this article. Also theirs use in evaluation of competitiveness of a single (youth) labor market segment is examined. New methodical approach of evaluation of youth competitiveness on municipal level is offered. Its basis is calculation of complex youth competitiveness indicator. Use of the offered calculation method allows revealing the dependence between the indicator and unemployment level among youth during the period of analyze. Also it allows determining the reference points in affection of subjects of regulation to the process of making the youth competitiveness to reduce the unemployment level in youth segment of the labor market.
