On competitiveness of youth on a labor market
Abstract
The problem of employment of youth doesnt lose the sharpness. Still millions young men are out of work sphere, or are occupied in informal sector of economy. At the same time crisis end, the forthcoming introduction of the country into the WTO demand acceptance of additional measures on maintenance of the enterprises with the labor corresponding to the world standards. From here - an imperative need of fuller involvement available societies of resources of work and increase of their qualifi cation. An essential reserve of softening of a situation is growth of competitiveness of youth. Necessity concept specification «competitiveness of youth», leaving on a labor market that would allow to approach more particularly to search of directions of infl uence on its employment is in this connection actual.
