Ингибиторы хлоридной коррозии арматурной стали в бетоне на основе производных солей карбоновых кислот и диметиламинопропиламина
Аннотация
Синтезированы производные солей карбоновых кислот и диметиламинопропиламина: 3-(диметиламино)пропил-1-ацетат аммония, 3-(диметиламино)пропил-1-гексаноат аммония, 3-(диметиламино)пропил-1-октаноат аммония и 3-(диметиламино)пропил-1-терефталат аммония. Структура молекул новых веществ надежно подтверждена с применением физических методов ИК-Фурье спектроскопии, ЯМР-спектроскопии и ВЭЖХ.
С применением электрохимических методов исследования (вольтамперометрия и электрохимическая импедансная спектроскопия) и квантовохимического моделирования проведена оценка ингибирующего действия синтезированных веществ по отношению к арматурной стали марки 35ГС. Эксперименты проводили в водном экстракте из строительного раствора, имитирующем поровую жидкость бетона, в присутствии хлоридов в качестве активаторов питтинговой коррозии. Наиболее высокая степень защиты (до 71 %) прогнозируется для 3-(диметиламино) пропил-1-терефталат аммония при концентрации 2.0 г·дм–3. Для производных с алкильным радикалом наибольшая степень защиты составляет 41–46 % в диапазоне концентраций от 0.5 до 2.0 г·дм–3. При этом результаты потенциодинамических измерений и квантовохимического моделирования близки. Сравнительно невысокие значения степени защиты могут быть связаны с довольно высокой концентрацией хлоридов в модельном растворе (1.00 моль дм–3). Предполагается дальнейшее изучение эффективности полученных веществ в мелкозернистых бетонах. Такой подход позволит оценить влияние добавок на капиллярно-поровую структуру (проницаемость) бетона и содержание хлоридов
