Abstract

The article considers the formalization and solution of optimization tasks for network planning and project management under conditions of uncertainty. To evaluate the project parameters it is proposed to use fuzzy W-numbers and W-algebra. This makes it possible to simplify the solution of the emerging problems of fuzzy programming, to prevent distortion of the natural properties and relations of classical models, to prevent unjustified extension of the resultant. Examples of solving problems with parametric fuzziness using the proposed approach are presented, which confirm the reliability of the results
