Abstract

Attempt of demineralization of whey is carried out at intensive current modes. The experimental
anion-exchange membranes (with in advance set optimum selectivity) (АC-70) has been included in
structure electrodialyzer that has led to more intensive demineralization process , than at use of industrial
membrane МА-41
