Analysis the stability and dynamics of youth unemployment

Abstract

The article is aimed at analyzing transition in the area of youth employment for exposing its stabilizing and destabilizing factors. Based on the method designed by Dr. V. V. Davnis (with minor corrections made), the author undertook an econometric analysis of stability referring to the factor of season fluctuations. That research enabled the author to conclude with revealing the tendency towards stabilizing youth unemployment, as well as illuminating and forecasting its season fluctuations.
