Methodological and practical aspects of self-appraisal of an organization according to the centering model
Abstract
Methods and practice of self-appraisal according to the centering model is considered in the article. It includes three stages. On the first stage selfappraisal is carried out according to the methods of the government premium of the Russian Federation. The second stage includes adaptation of the model and organization in accordance with the model's demands. Formation mechanism of the main factors of effectiveness is shown. On the third stage crossdiagnostics of the main factors of effectiveness according to cause and consequence connections is examined. Besides, practical results of carry ing out of self-appraisal according to the centering mode! are examined. Arising difficulties in the process of adaptation and introduction of process approach in the management of organization are shown.
