Overcoming the practices of employees' "toxic" behavior in an organization as an aspect of labor humanization
Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of labor humanization, its key aspects and the content. The problem of «toxicity» and «toxic» personnel as a phenomenon which directly affects the activities of employees in the organization, their physical and psychological well-being is being described. To implement the basic principles of humanization the search of approaches to solve the problems associated with «toxic» culture at the workplace is needed, moreover, the main directions of labor humanization should contribute to eliminate patterns of «toxic» behavior.
