Formation of an active innovative activity of the staff

Abstract

The innovative activity of the staff is an indispensible part of the innovative process and the most important characteristic of the enterprise 's innovative activity. At present there are a lot of researches, describing different aspects of the enterprise 's innovative activity. However, the questions of the innovative activity of the staff are concerned only with the context of stimulation and learning. We consider that the enterprise 's innovative activity and the effectiveness of the organizational mechanisms of the innovative activity management are mostly depend on the level of the innovative activity of the staff. Our model of the formation 's process of the active innovative actions of the staff includes the steps of innovative readiness, innovative actions, innovative behavior, innovative mind, innovative way of life and the appropriate conditions for their realization. There have been identified organizational factors for the effectivization of the enterprise 's innovative activity through the innovative activity of the staff and determined the ways for support and formation.
