Evaluation of self-appraisal in quality management

Abstract

Development, purposes and problems of a selfappraisal in modem management of organization are considered in the article. The comparative characteristic of various approaches and models, existing now, is shown. The new centering adaptive model, based on the model of the government premium of the Russian Federation in the field of quality, is presented in the article. Advantages and distinctive features of the declared model are shown.
