Abstract

In this article it was considered the current situation in mobile telecommunication in Russia. It was shown the necessity of state regulation implementation in following areas: organization of activity of operators of mobile communication, subscriber tariffs, termination rate, national roaming. It was offered the range of methods, aimed on investment climate improvement, support of competitive environment and customer care.
