Optimization of model of strategic planning of social and economic development of the region (on the example of Krasnodar Krai)

Abstract

In article problems of creation of optimum model of strategic planning of the region are considered. As the main object it is accepted the following procedures: analysis of social and economic dynamics of municipalities, statement of strategic objectives, technology of strategic planning. As a result of research it is defined that a basis of optimization of model of strategic planning is statement of system of the purposes adequate to the level of technical and technological, social and economic and institutional development of its municipalities. As the priority the social purposes of development are defined. The object of strategic planning defined set of local communities. It is defined that optimization of model means change of local communities, as carriers of ideas, the interests, the purposes capable in independent actions.
