Methods of construction of strategic maps

Abstract

Mapping of the strategic development of the municipality is associated with the risk of a random selection of target areas of the municipality, so the article is an attempt to formalize the process of transition from the analysis of the situation in and around of the municipality to the construction of strategic maps in their classical sense. It proposed three options for building strategic maps that are built into the process of formation of strategy of the municipality and each option assumes a consistent approach to answering the question: what areas of development of the municipality shall be subject to priority in the process of monitoring the implementation of the municipal development strategy. The study was performed with the assistance of the factual material obtained in the process of developing a strategy particular municipality Vladimir region.
