Acceptance of administrative decisions: the choice of the optimum business partner (by the example of the design organization)

Abstract

Maintenance of quality at simultaneous reduction of expenses always was the purpose of any manufacturer for the poor-quality product is not bought, and high industrial expenses entail loss of the profit from sale even the qualitative goods. The ratio between the price and quality of production or services is estimated by the client all more rigidly. In designing improvement of quality of production is especially important. Decision-making on a choice of the optimum business partner is influenced with factors: expenses, terms and quality of design works, and also designers. For an estimation of reliability of a contract organization the multifactorial economic-mathematical model is chosen.
