Abstract
The state of control processes in the creation of modern competitive aircraft, as well as promising areas of their development in the aviation enterprise require a review of the processes of design that have developed in the organization, and the development of appropriate planning and management tools. The aim of the work is to develop a customer-oriented management model for the creation of aircraft based on the use of tools such as: consumer value, system engineering technology, configuration management technology and quality management to improve the compliance of products under development is constantly increasing customer requirements.
