Abstract

In the article the author develops and justifies the approach to the development of the manageability of the organization. Through the 59 organizations analyze reveals which factors are a priority for the development of the manageability of the studied organizations. The problems that the author's view, are the main reserves of manageability in the studied organizations. The approach includes incremental algorithm measures aimed at the development of the organization manageability and mechanism for implementing relevant activities.
