Integrated estimations of management efficiency at the enterprise (the case of "VZPP-micron" company)

Abstract

The technique of the integrated estimation of a management efficiency by the enterprise on the basis of concept TQM is developed. The technique includes two blocks - innovative audit of system of a quality management and an economic estimation of activity of all enterprise. Practice of application of the developed technique is shown.
