Evolution of views of female work as reflection of development of the concept of gender equality

Abstract

Gender stereotypes define to a great extent the attitude to women ’s labour. It is proved by a longterm observation, that women are less competitive than men on labour market. The multivariate model ’s advantages of analysis of women ’s employment are represented in this article. The authors come to a conclusion that a state target-oriented program, which aim is to abolish the gender discrimination in the sphere of labour relations, is needed.
