The impact of crowdsourcing to change the structure of the Russian market

Abstract

The subject of the study is the technology of crowdsourcing, namely its impact on the Russian labor market. The object of the study is the structure of the Russian labor market. The author considers in detail such aspects of the topic as the development of crowdsourcing technologies in Russia; crowdsourcing as a new type of work activity and as a special kind of informal employment; the impact of crowdsourcing on the Russian labor market in terms of informal employment and employment of disabled people; problems of crowdsoutcing development in Russia and ways of its solution. The main conclusion of the study is that the modern labor market is changing in the structure of employees because of the emergence and spread of such a phenomenon of the digital economy as crowdsourcing. The author identifies a number of problems that hamper the crowdsourcing development in Russia, and proposes measures. The application of these measures will expand the scope of the use of crowdsourcing, eliminate crowdsourcing illiteracy among the population of Russia, to include crowdsourcers in the number of officially employed in the Russian labor market.
