Abstract

The article considers an effective way of integrating the PCR-based marketing approach in the modern innovative complex. As a center of innovative transformations is considered a group of holding type. Proposed structure of modern innovative complex on the basis of state-private partnership by combining the Voronezh enterprises of the military-industrial complex.
