Abstract

The article analyzes the problems, current trends and peculiarities of development of the personnel potential of the agro-industrial complex of the Crimea. The calculation of the forecasted demand for the labour resources of the agro-industrial complex of the Crimea based on a system of indicators characterizing the development of the agrarian sector in the region and reflected in program-target documents for the development of industry has been done. The methodological concept of forming an interbranch balance of the needs of the agrarian labour market and the system of agrarian education of the Crimea is substantiated.
