Abstract

The leading role of education in the formation of the market of the qualified and intellectual work has been defined in the article; features of formation of such market in interrelation with the market of educational services are given. Competitive advantages of labor that is necessary to consider at questions of regulation of the market of educational services and a labor market have been defined.
