Improving methodological approaches to neccesity of Russian Federation subject staff forecasting

Abstract

The necessity of carrying out monitoring surveys of different sides of social and economic life in the society is proved in the article. The problems of such surveys organizing are shown. Some theoretical, methodological and practical aspects demanding new approaches and modern solutions are revealed. Methodological approaches to improving staff forecasting are suggested.
