The combined method of the assessment of the condition of social and economic subsystems of regions

Abstract

In this work possibility of application of the combined method of an assessment of socio-economic indexes of development of regions of Russia is considered. For an assessment of social and economic processes it is expedient to add the analysis of official statistical data which is traditionally used for this purpose with an expert assessment of their importance. The analysis which is carried out on the example of factors and conditions of investment activity showed essential changes in a configuration of the virtual clusters created by the Russian regions at the accounting of opinions of experts. The changes concerning structure of leading clusters are most important; extents of influence of strengths of regions at a size of an integrated indicator; structure of the factors defining the perspective directions of investment development of the regions entering virtual clusters.
