Abstract

Taking into account current situation today it is possible to allocate as the main position forming conceptual bases of a worthy salary - providing its such level which promotes overcoming of poverty and inequality reduction. Justification of the minimum compensat.on and its use as a social guarantee of worthy work, strengthemng of interrelation of growth of a salary and labor productivity belongs to conceptual bases of a worthy salary.
