Abstract

The article investigates the hierarchical linguistic competency evaluation models. These models are presented in the form of dichotomous trees. On the lower level of such trees there are main, general and nuclear (for the analyzable position in the company) competences, measured in linguistic scales. Proposed in the article algorithm and software implement step by step procedure dichotomous convolution elements of the hierarchy into a single comprehensive indicator of competence, located on the upper level. Complex index can serve as a basis for constructing grading system. Convolution of linguistic values of competency in the structure of dichotomous tree is realized by means of special linguistic convolution matrices, which are formed on the basis of linguistic binary preference relations (by importance) between rolling competencies.
