Abstract
The paper analyzes the results of the implementation of new pay systems in the health sector on the basis of official statistics. Problems identified and justified material incentives that arose after the introduction of new pay systems. Disclosed negative trends emerging as a result of the problems of material incentives. In conclusion the author suggested measures to address the problems of material incentives for health workers.
