Abstract

The paper illuminates various approaches to managing innovative development of social and economic systems. The methodological basics of managing innovational development have formulated. They include the definition of innovative development as a category; justification of product and technological approach to innovations; classification criteria of innovations; taking into account the degree of systems’ stability in managing innovative development; the choice of strategic alternatives.
